Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Drift Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
