Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Amber Construction is a El Paso contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
