Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
