Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
