Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Wren Facilities is a facilities company in Birmingham with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
