Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
