Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Summit Cobalt Construction Associates is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
