Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Foxglove Fern Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
