Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
