Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bluepeak Union Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
