Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
