Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Summit Bright Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Savannah region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
