Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Reno design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
