Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
