Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Madison plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 725 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
