Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Silverline Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near San Antonio. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
