Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Atlanta, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
