Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Transit Planning Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
