Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
