Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Rochester with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
