Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Highbridge Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
