Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
