Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
