Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
