Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
