Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Redstone Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Richmond region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
