Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Bluepeak Technologies is a Colorado Springs manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
