Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
