Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Silverline Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
