Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
