Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Harborlight Facilities is a facilities company in St. Louis with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
