Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
