Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
