Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
