Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
