Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Greenridge Basin Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
