Operations Manager - process improvement (remote)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
