Operations Manager - process improvement (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Raleigh, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
