Operations Manager - process improvement (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 759 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
