Operations Manager - process improvement (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Rook Construction is a Raleigh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
