Operations Manager - process improvement (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
