Operations Manager - process improvement (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Providence region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
