Operations Manager - process improvement (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Clear Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
