Operations Manager - process improvement (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Yarrow Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
