Operations Manager - process improvement (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
