Operations Manager - process improvement (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
