Operations Manager - process improvement (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Orlando area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
