Operations Manager - process improvement (Omaha, NE)

Nova Yarrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Omaha region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
