Operations Manager - process improvement (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Omaha, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
