Operations Manager - process improvement (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
